We ship worldwide and are pleased to offer free shipping across India. International shipping charges are additional and detailed below:
- Domestic Orders: Delivery Timeline –2-3 days within India
- International Orders: Delivery Timeline – 5–6 days internationally
Returns & Alterations
All our garments are made to order and handcrafted exclusively for you. By placing an order, you confirm your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is confirmed.
However, we are happy to assist you with any necessary alterations to ensure the perfect fit. For international orders, in case an alteration is required, the return shipping cost will need to be borne by the customer, as a trial is often required to achieve the best fit.
Note: Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
Taxes & Duties
All product prices displayed are inclusive of maximum retail price (MRP).
For international shipments, we operate on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means:
- Prices shown do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
- As the recipient, you are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes imposed by your local customs authorities.
- Payment of these charges is required at the time of delivery in order to release your package from customs.
